During the three years of its activity the company is a manufacturer of pipelines for nuclear and thermal generation TPBS (LLC “Tipebis Production”) have established stable production and entered the market in the Middle East.
Creating a production in late 2016 on the basis of the bankrupt PJSC “TMM-Energobud”, the new owners and management in the 2017-2019 years have significantly increased the efficiency and brought the average wage for one of the highest levels in Kharkiv and Kharkiv region, increasing it by 69% (from 10 UAH 422 in 2017 to 17 640 UAH in 2020).
In the years 2014-2016 from the debts of previous owners, the production is actually stopped, the assets of the company were arrested banks, and employees have not received wages for eight months. The new shareholders acquired the assets through the state electronic procurement system repaid to the employees, holds key operating and engineering team and optimized workflows. Currently, the company employs 400 professionals, and the General Director from the first day of the new company is Timur Saluja.
After restarting production for 3 years made 6314 tons of pipelines, of which more than 90% for export. The products were delivered at 46 power facilities in Ukraine, Belarus, Bulgaria, India, Bangladesh and other countries.

For the whole period of activity the company has paid UAH 108.7 million in state and local budgets (about 30 million UAH annually).
One of the new activities of the company – access to oil and gas Middle East market with the successful audit of Qatar Petroleum (the state oil company of Qatar), as well as the signing of the first contract with the company, SNOC (United Arab Emirates). This allowed TPBS to enter into a narrow circle of Ukrainian companies supplying high-tech products with high added value in the countries of the Middle East.
