At the seaport of Yuzhny, Odessa region law enforcement authorities found nearly 60 tons of smuggled cocaine.
Prosecutors, jointly with investigators of USBU in Odessa region for operational support of the staff of the southern regional Directorate of state border service prevented the sale and distribution on the territory of Ukraine a significant amount of cocaine.
The police found in the port Yuzhny hidden from customs control of drug smuggling which was moved to Ukraine from Ecuador, – reported in Prosecutor’s office.
Almost 60 kg of cocaine, Packed in bags, were hidden in the technical capacities of the vessel. The cost of the party discovered on the black market – more than 200 million UAH.
Now are appropriate investigations to establish the attackers involved in the crime, bring them to justice.
The Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region began criminal proceedings on the fact of smuggling.
