Ingredients 1.5 l:
– tomatoes – 2 kg;
Bulgarian pepper – 0,5 kg;
– garlic – 200 g;
– hot pepper – 2 PCs. (can take less if you don’t like spicy);
– vegetable oil – 50 ml;
– vinegar 9% – 25 ml;
– sugar – 100 g;
salt – half a tablespoon.

Recipe adzhika cooked for the winter:

1. Tomatoes peel, wash and remove the skins. To do this, on each fruit crosswise incision and pour boiling water. After 1-2 minutes, place the tomatoes under cold water and remove the skin, it is easily separated from the fruit. Sweet pepper peel and cut into 4 parts. Red hot pepper clean from seeds and cut in half.

2. Tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers scroll through a meat grinder. Puree the vegetables put in a deep pot. Add the sugar, salt and butter. Simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours. If the sauce is too liquid, increase the cooking time.

3. Squeeze the garlic, add it to the pot along with the vinegar. Stir and taste for salt. If necessary, dosolit. Bake for another 5 minutes and remove from heat.

4. Ready adjika pour into pre-sterilized jars and preserve. Banks flip, wrap a blanket and leave to cool. After that, banks can migrate in a cool dark place.

Ingredients 6 l:
tomatoes – 3 kg;
– carrots – 1 kg;
– onions – 1 kg;
– sour apples – 1 kg;
– bell pepper – 3 kg;
– hot pepper – 2 pieces;
– garlic – 400 g;
– sugar – 250 g;
– vinegar – 250 g;
butter – 150 g;
Sol – 2 tbsp.

Recipe adzhika in the winter with apples:

1. All the vegetables wash and dry, cut into large cubes. With tomatoes remove the skins. Loop all the vegetables through a meat grinder. The number of hot peppers take at their discretion, if you do not like spicy, do not add.

2. Put the vegetable mass in a deep saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 1 hour. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, add the vinegar, sugar, salt and butter. Also, add the pressed garlic. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.

3. Put the hot chutney into sterilized jars and close them. Banks flip, wrap a blanket and leave to cool. After that, banks can migrate in a cool dark place.

Spicy boiled chicken for the winter

Ingredients:
Bulgarian pepper – 0,5 kg;
– tomatoes – 2 kg;
– hot red pepper – 500 g;
– garlic – 300 g;
– vegetable oil – 125 ml;
– sugar – 100 gr;
– salt (not iodized) – 60 g;
– vinegar – 200 ml.

Recipe spicy adzhika for the winter:

1. Wash the tomatoes and remove the skins. Bulgarian and hot pepper clear from the stalk and seeds. If you want the hot sauce was very spicy, the red pepper seeds you can keep it. When working with hot peppers wear gloves. Horseradish root is also clean.

2. Pass the vegetables through a meat grinder. Pour the mixture into a deep saucepan and simmer for one hour. Add butter, salt, sugar, vinegar, and pressed garlic. Stir and cook another couple of minutes.

3. Put the hot chutney into sterilized jars and close them. Banks flip, wrap a blanket and leave to cool. After that, banks can migrate in a cool dark place.
