The evening of 14 September in Kiev, unidentified persons severely beat up a judge Sviatoshynsky district court of the capital Sergei Dyachuk. It happened near his own home.
Relevant information appeared on the website of the Council of judges of Ukraine.
As emphasized, the police of the assailant has not been apprehended, but the judge was hospitalised in one of hospitals of Kiev.
“Previously, attack the attacker Sergei Dyachuk links with professional activities, as evidenced by threats to kill the judge, and expressions that echo the rhetoric of people who are unhappy with the decisions that judges make, and call for the massacre of the judges”, – noted in the Council of judges.
Now militiamen find out all the details and information about the incident included in the Unified register of pre-trial investigation on the fact of hooliganism (actions committed with the use of firearms or cold weapon or other subject, specially adapted or in advance prepared for infliction of bodily injury).
We will add, according to the Chairman of the Council of judges of Ukraine Oleg Tkachuk, this case will be discussed at a meeting of the authority, which will be held on 17 September 2018 in Odessa.
