Apple is preparing to release its own smart glasses iGlasses. The novelty manufacturer will present at the annual conference of developers Apple WWDC, which will take place on 7 June.
This was stated by a famous insider Mukul Sharma, reports VentureBeat. At the same time, novelty can only come a few months after the presentation.
According to the insider, Apple already has a ready prototype of the smart glasses, which presumably will be called iGlasses.
Another insider Ming-Chi Kuo reported that Apple will release a smart glasses with augmented reality only by the middle of 2020.
Characteristics. The novelty will be compatible with technology of additional reality AR, which will allow you to see what is hidden from the eyes of other people. It is a portable electronic device that looks not much different from ordinary glasses.
Thus, unlike the device from Google, the gadget from Apple is likely not intended for enterprises and for private users.
