General Director of Ukrainian Association of automobile importers and dealers Oleg Nazarenko pointed out a few nuances of which not welcomes the decision of the Cabinet to abolish the certification of vehicles. About this he wrote in his Facebook.
So, he explained that the car without a certificate can be issued only until may 21 of this year.
“According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, procedure of customs clearance without certificates will be temporary and will expire together with the Interim order of execution of customs formalities prescribed in the decree of the Cabinet №1077 from 12.12.2018, And in accordance with paragraph 2 of this decision, “Interim procedure for implementation of customs formalities during customs clearance of means of transport for free circulation in the customs territory of Ukraine, approved by this resolution, expires 180 days from the date of entry into force of the law of Ukraine of November 8, 2018 No. 2612-VIII “On amendments to the Customs code of Ukraine and some other legislative acts regarding the import of vehicles into the customs territory of Ukraine”, – he wrote.
He also concluded that no certificates can be issued only on avtonomera car imported to on 25 November last year, or re-imported after November 25.

“That is, data to simplify customs clearance and registration of cars not affect all cars not forever, but only EuroBLECH only to 21.05.2019,” – said Nazarenko.
According to him, now a law-abiding Ukrainians will have to pay full taxes and levies for the certificate in full. Those who violated the customs legislation, receives a 50 percent exemption on the payment of excise duty and the possibility of registration without certificates and payment of levies for it.
Thus, according to Nazarenko, the Cabinet made the decoration of a car without a certificate only for a specific group of Ukrainians.
