- Mozzarella 100 g,
- Chicken 2-3 PCs,
- Lemon-1/4 PCs.,
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
- A mixture of peppers, 1/4 tsp,
- Salt 1/4 tsp,
- Greens-to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. On each chicken fillet make cuts (not to the end).
2. Mix in a bowl the pepper, salt, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Apply the mixture on the meat and leave for 20 minutes.
3. Lay the fillet on the parchment and put into the cuts of cheese and slice of tomato.
4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
