A couple of days ago, Crytek has promised to submit a gameplay trailer of the remastered Crysis, which is responsible for Studio Saber Interactive. After that, the video was leaked and provoked a strong negative reaction – the changes are too few and questionable. As a result, the project received additional time to develop: Crytek delayed the restart of its known first-person shooter.
Recall: the game announced for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC. The leak included a trailer, screenshots and release date: 23 Jul. The latter was postponed to a later date. The reason Crytek have called the release and heavy criticism from players, the company decided to take additional time to Polish reissues. The new date is still not known, but the launch is promised later this year, so it is unlikely that you will have to wait for fundamental innovations.

The original Crysis has been recognized by players for its graphic achievements. The game was a benchmark in the testing of new processors and graphics cards. She gave birth to one addition and two sequels, but the series went into hibernation after the release of Crysis 3 in 2013.
The game, as both sequels, became a demonstration of the possibilities of the engine CryEngine, which Amazon has licensed in 2015. Then Amazon used CryEngine to create your own engine – Lumberyard.
Reissues have become a popular trend, but they can be of different quality. Some are simple transfers with minor innovations like improved frame rate and resolution. Others include extensive work on models, textures, lighting, and even new game features.
