The security service of Ukraine (SBU) detained a former law enforcement officer Andrew Baydala with the call sign “Swede” – the authorities of the self-proclaimed “DNR” suspect him of the murder of the leader of the Donetsk separatists, Alexander Zakharchenko. Investigators said Baydala of suspicion under article “Illegal handling of weapons and ammunition, committed by a group of persons” (part 2 of article 28 and part 1 of article 263 UK of Ukraine). It elected a measure of restraint in form of detention. The details of his case were not disclosed.
