Georgian actor Nodar Mgaloblishvili, best known for the role of count Cagliostro in the picture is Mark’s “Formula of love”, has died at the age of 87, according to the Georgian First channel.
As noted, he died in Tbilisi. Mgaloblishvili wore the title of Honored and people’s artist of Georgia.
Nodar Mgaloblishvili after graduation in 1954 he began to work in dramatic theatre of a name of Mardzhanishvili Cat. He has participated in productions of “Othello” by William Shakespeare, “the lower depths” by Maxim Gorky, etc. In the movie actor made his debut in 1958. His most brilliant role of count Cagliostro in the film “Formula of love”, however, voiced his Armen Dzhigarkhanyan.
“Formula of love” – the Soviet art film by Mark Zakharov on the script Grigory Gorin, released in 1984 by the film Studio “Mosfilm”. This is a free adaptation of the novel of Alexey Tolstoy “the Count of Cagliostro” (1921).
Together with Mgaloblishvili it starred such famous Soviet actors as Elena Valyushkina (pictured), Alexander Abdulov, Farada, Semyon, Alexander Zakharov, Leonid Bronevoy.
