Ended check the first three regional gas – vinnitsagaz, Volyngas, kievoblgaz – included in “business factors”.

Also in the “Naftogaz” noted that on March 22 there will be a meeting of the national Commission, carrying out state regulation in the field of energy and utilities (NKREKP), which will consider the results of inspections.
For infringers planning to impose a fine (850 UAH) and be required to recalculate the consumption for all domestic consumers.
As noted the Deputy chief of the Department of energy NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” Alexey Habacuc, regional gas companies knowingly violate the law.
“The gas companies (not all, but those that are included in RGK – all) understand the illegality of their actions from the very beginning, but deliberately went to the violation. So the next step of oblgazes a lawsuit in court against the decision of NKREKP on the imposition of fines and orders to spend the allocations,” said Habacuc.
Among gas companies, which check: vinnitsagaz, Volyngas, Ivano-frankovskgaz, kievoblgaz, kharkovgas, Chernihivgas, Zakarpatgas and khmelnitskgaz.
Inspections will continue until mid-April.
The results will be publicly released and discussed.
In October 2018 the average volume of additional gas amounted to 1-1,5% of the total consumption, and in December-January – about 5-10%. Despite this, in November 2018 NKREKP adopted 42 decisions banning the accrual of additional volumes.
At the end of the year, the government appealed to NKREKP with a request to conduct inspections of all regional gas companies on compliance with legislation.
In December, the gas consumers without meters received bills for gas charges.
In early March NKREKP declared the beginning of check of regional gas companies on the subject of additional charges in the bills. As then noted Krivenko, in the case of violations will take appropriate sanctions.
