The expert also debunked a common myth about the terrible and harmful cholesterol.
“Contrary to popular belief, eggs do not increase cholesterol levels. This is because the cholesterol that comes in the body with food, not deposited in the vessels is delayed only our own produced in the liver. Eggs, on the contrary, affects the lowering levels of “bad” cholesterol,” said FUS.
And besides, the egg yolk consists of phospholipids is an important part of all biological membranes. Phospholipids are excellent emulsifiers, so add them to the dough, stuffing and sauces.
