Sunday, 19 January, Ukraine will celebrate the important Christian holiday – Epiphany.
Traditionally on this day people take a dip in an ice hole.
However, it is worth remembering that not everyone can do this. If you have some health problems, you should refrain from following this tradition, because you can seriously harm your body.
Who can not plunge January 19:
For those who have you have a serious skin disease (psoriasis, eczema).
Men who suffer from prostatitis, prostatic adenoma.
Women who have gynecological diseases.
If you suffer from bessonitsa.
If you have random seizures.
If you are epileptic seizures.
Those who stand on the account at the psychiatrist.
It is strictly forbidden to dive for pregnant women.
if you have cardiovascular disease (coronary heart disease, hypertension, arrhythmia)
If you have any pathology of blood vessels.
It is forbidden to plunge with osteochondrosis and Raynaud’s disease.
If you have problems with the respiratory system (e.g. asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, frontal sinusitis).
