Last year, the Bank launched remote channels of communication with customers, based on the speed and the ease of obtaining banking services.
In 2019 affordable lending for business development in the UGB received more than 1000 clients and small and medium enterprises. The result indicates the successful implementation of the project of the Bank and IFC transformation of the Bank leaders in the service sector SMEs.

“We have worked hard to ensure that UGB has consistently been perceived as the Bank that solves business problems and increases its economic result. But because confident: the key is communication. Since the beginning of 2019, we radically changed the channels of communication with customers, introducing new to Bank and market, improved approaches to service segment of small and medium enterprises”, – said the Deputy Chairman of the Board Eugene Metzger.
So, in 2019, the Bank launched remote channels of communication with customers, based on the speed and the ease of obtaining banking services. One of them is microcenter. It managers advise clients of the Bank and help in solving pressing issues as well as sell services, fill out applications for loans, carry out initial processing of client documents, scheduling appointments and communicating with branches.
“Our business customers want to obtain services as quickly as possible, independently choosing the time, place and most convenient method. In particular, they appreciate the professional advice of a Bank employee who is willing to provide assistance when it is absolutely necessary. The microcenter offers the opportunity for entrepreneurs to use the services of the UGB and to manage their finances from any point of Ukraine by phone, mail or, for example, using the client-Bank. We have taken care to ensure that each of our customers has been the personal Manager and quality service,” added Metzger.
In addition, in 2019 Ukrgasbank has introduced a separate line of products for small and medium enterprises with low interest rates and favorable terms. For example, Welcome-overdraft and an unsecured loan for business development for microsegment involving a minimum of time and documents the decision, as well as a favorable interest rate.
