Within a few days, the ambassadors of four countries: Juris Poikans (Latvia), Tsihotsky Bartosz (Poland), Kimo Kuusk (Estonia) and Marek Shafin (Slovakia) visited a number of frontline cities of Donbass. In addition to meeting with representatives of the local authorities, the ambassadors held a series of meetings with military, medical and population of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

The visit coincided with the celebration of the 6th anniversary of the liberation of the cities of Eastern Ukraine from Russian occupation. In Slavyansk together with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the ambassadors laid flowers to the memorial complex on a grief Karachun and participated in art events to the Day of liberation of the city – painted flowers shot by the enemy the inscription “Slavic”.
In Popasna the participants opened a memorial plaque dedicated to the soldiers of the battalion “Donbass” and the heroes who died during the fighting in the Popasnyansky area. Honored the victims and Heroes square, where the ambassadors laid flowers to the memorable sign to soldiers of the ATO/OOS. The guests got acquainted with the samples of Ukrainian military uniforms, chevrons, memorabilia of dead soldiers and debris of weapons, which the soldiers conveyed with advanced thematic exposition.
