The national currency depreciates against the dollar and the Euro as the official exchange rate of the NBU and the interbank market.
The national Bank of Ukraine on Thursday, may 21, has weakened the hryvnia exchange rate by almost seven cents against the dollar and 11 cents against the Euro. This is evidenced by data on the NBU website on Wednesday, may 20.
The NBU set the official exchange rates at:
– $100 – 2658,54 UAH (+UAH 0,0695)
– 100 Euro – 2914,03 UAH (+UAH 0,1186).
On the interbank currency market the dollar in sale increased by 12 cents to 26.69 hryvnia per dollar rate in the purchase to 26.67 per dollar. The Euro is up 26 cents to 29,31 hryvnia for one Euro.
