Nadi Schutez from the Dutch Zuidland is considered one of the fastest women in the world of Amateur motorsports. And she voluntarily decided to terminate its participation in the Championship IRRC (International Road Racing Championship) reasons low security racing.
RACING.RU, 21 January 2019 – Schutez is a participant in racing on public roads in 2017 and managed to set a number of records (in the women’s standings) until four years competed in the British Superbike, IDM Yamaha R6 Cup and the Dutch championship, so that is quite an experienced athlete. But after the big crash at the end of the season IRRC 2018 have faith in the fact that the organizers of the series are able to provide sufficient security for the races on public roads.
The accident occurred on the warm up lap of the final in Frohburg (Germany) due to the fact that the organizers didn’t provide the full road closures. Schutez was in the hospital for 3 months. Went out and back in the team Rebel Racing, and together they decided to exclude IRRC of its plans.
“The team came to the difficult decision, and we hope that the European fans will realize that the security issues during the race of such a level should be paramount, the statement reads Rebel Racing. – The team at least plans to start two races IRRC – where the organizer is proven and reliable, and the audience has enough culture for such events.”
Rebel Racing has named two events where the organization is beyond praise – a Finnish Imatranajo weekend in Imatra, as well as the Czech Gorice.
In 2019 Schutez and Rebel Racing have planned participation in the North West and Ulster GP, and in November – Macau GP. The plan is to start in 2020 on the Isle of Man TT.
