Products with probiotics restores the intestine, effectively improve the immune system. German doctors recommend to eat more of these products in a pandemic, informs a portal Focus.de.

As reported MedikForum.ru German experts were called available foods, rich probiotics – beneficial bacteria that help improve bowel function and associated immune system during a pandemic coronavirus infection.

In particular, an excellent source of probiotics are natural dairy products, and some cheeses (cheddar, Gouda, mozzarella, Parmesan). On a daily basis now, it’s good to eat yoghurt, kefir.

In addition, a large number of probiotics found in foods such as sauerkraut, pickles, kimchi. But experts note that such foods should not be pasteurized, and such is mainly sold in stores.

“Homemade pickles are sour, which gives them the natural fermentation of lactic acid, containing live lactic acid bacteria. Most pickles in the supermarket are devoid of live bacteria,” warned the doctors.
