The head of the parliamentary Committee on Finance, tax and customs policy Daniel Getmantsev in the Parliament are looking for ways to accelerate the procedure 16 thousand amendments to the so-called “anticolonial” the bill under regulation.
“Honestly? Don’t know what we with all these amendments will do. But I know one thing: the rules we violate, we will not… we are Now studying the possibility of considering revisions in various forms, but strictly according to regulations. To speed up the process,” – said Getmantsev in an interview LB.ua published on Thursday, April 9.
“I can assure you that we will not violate the standards of the rules and go only in his framework,” – said the Deputy.
He said that the Committee has not yet proceeded to the consideration of amendments, as due to their large number it is technically very difficult to make a pivot table.
“To prepare a table of amendments for the second reading – it is a painstaking job. Edits can make the table all one people. So far, not even on the table. We need at least three days to prepare the table,” – said the head of the Committee.
The members of the Committee haven’t even begun to explore the content submitted by deputies of the amendments. However, Getmantsev does not exclude that among the 16 thousand amendments may be identical.
“I can say that we have not read them. So far they have just entered to the table… If there are duplicate amendments, we can say: Yes, this is abuse aimed at delaying consideration of the bill,” – said Getmantsev.
The head of the Committee admitted that the consideration of the bill may take a month or more.
