Recently one of the users of social network Facebook on his page published a post that ended with the words: “goodbye!”. This post was the final in the history of his relationship with the cellular operator.
According to the author of the text for nearly 12 years he used a Megaphone. As a result, it has become necessary to replace your SIM card while it was needed in another Federal district, but not where he bought it.
“I am a customer of the company “the Megaphone-the Volga region”. There was a situation when you need to change your sim card. Looked at a few salons in the location, the replacement card could not be implemented”, – wrote in his page the subscriber.
As it turned out, the operator is not added to the database. In the end he could not give a room in any other office besides the native region. The story was widespread, the problem of the operator recognized even at the Central office of the cellular operator. As the author writes during a conversation with a specialist the co, told him about the situation and added that to replace the SIM-card is possible only at the place of residence.
The specialist added that “the Megaphone-the Volga region” did not add his number in the national database, which was the result of the situation. The reason for such action no one could explain. However, as the author wrote, in the base added rooms, which had replaced the SIM card or when buying a new room.
It can be assumed that in this way the managers of MegaFon-Volga region decided to raise his sales, and they do not have to complicate their lives and were too lazy to work on my database and add customers in the national database, so they will avoid such difficulties.
