Presidential candidate Anatoliy Hrytsenko won in the Supreme Court in the suit against Central election Commission
About this he wrote on his page on the social network Facebook.
“The good news. Only that we won in the Supreme Court at my suit against the CEC. The court found the actions of the CEC unlawful and illegal,” wrote Hrytsenko.
He added that the court made the CEC to convene a meeting to consider the application of the candidate to grant access to the Register of electors.
“As the Chairman of the CEC did not do as we should, now (after the recognition of its actions illegal) the next step – I appeal to the Prosecutor’s office demanding to bring the Chairman of the CEC to trial!” – said Anatoly Gritsenko.
Earlier it was reported that the CEC has given an opportunity Anatoly Gritsenko to work with the Registry of electors in person only and only at the premises of the CEC. According to the Trustee candidate Ruslan Chornomorskogo, it is against the law.
