About 800 thousand Britons spent 4.3 billion euros on savings of food, beverages and medicines in case of problems with the supply in the case of chaotic output of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
“About 800,000 Britons spent 4.3 billion euros, stocking up on food, drinks and medicines in case 31 October Brexit without an agreement, that will cause problems with the supply”, – stated in the message.
At the same time European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said that the British will suffer the most from the hard Brexit.
“We (the EU – ed.) is well prepared for such development of events,” he added.
