  • Buns for Burger – 3 PCs;
  • Minced meat – 400 g;
  • Cheese – 30-50 g;
  • Tomato – 1-2 PCs;
  • Pickled cucumber – 1 piece;
  • Bow blue (purple) – 1 PCs;
  • Salad (cabbage) leaves – 5-6 pieces;
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tsp;
  • Ketchup (any) – 2 tbsp;
  • Black pepper – to taste;
  • Salt – to taste;
  • Sunflower oil – for frying.

Method of preparation:

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for a Burger.
  2. In minced meat add salt and pepper to taste, knead well. Form a ball, replusive it in your hands to make a flat cutlet. Presses thumb into the center of the Patty, so it does not swell during roasting.
  3. Fry chicken 4-5 minutes on each side. The finished cutlet put a thin slice of cheese.

  7. Cover with the second part of the Burger buns. The same principle formed the rest of the burgers.
