Healthy and tasty recipes: how to cook burgers at home

Products:
- Buns for Burger – 3 PCs;
- Minced meat – 400 g;
- Cheese – 30-50 g;
- Tomato – 1-2 PCs;
- Pickled cucumber – 1 piece;
- Bow blue (purple) – 1 PCs;
- Salad (cabbage) leaves – 5-6 pieces;
- Mayonnaise – 2 tsp;
- Ketchup (any) – 2 tbsp;
- Black pepper – to taste;
- Salt – to taste;
- Sunflower oil – for frying.
Method of preparation:
- Prepare the necessary ingredients for a Burger.
- In minced meat add salt and pepper to taste, knead well. Form a ball, replusive it in your hands to make a flat cutlet. Presses thumb into the center of the Patty, so it does not swell during roasting.
- Fry chicken 4-5 minutes on each side. The finished cutlet put a thin slice of cheese.
- Tomatoes cut into slices, cheese – thin slices, pickles – thin slices.
- In a separate container mix mayonnaise and ketchup. Bun cut in half and brush with sauce of mayonnaise and ketchup.
- Spread on the sauce, torn lettuce (cabbage). On the salad put the sliced thin onion rings. Onion put a slice of tomato. On a slice of tomato place the Burger. On the chicken put a couple of slices of pickle and a slice of cheese.
- Cover with the second part of the Burger buns. The same principle formed the rest of the burgers.
