That is, to protect yourself from cold:
1. Natural sources of vitamins C, A, E, D3, and beta-carotene.
This, for example, citrus, kiwi, leafy vegetables, red peppers, broccoli, sauerkraut, frozen berries, rosehips.
Vitamin a and D3 is in fish oil, cod liver, beef liver, egg yolks, butter. Beta-carotene (provitamin A) found in carrots, spinach, pumpkin. Nuts (cashews, walnuts, pine), sea buckthorn oil, vegetable oil rich in vitamin E.

Iodine, selenium, magnesium, zinc, iron protect our body and slow the aging process of cells. They are found in meat, poultry, eggs, cereals, and seaweed.
For prevention you need to enrich your body with vegetable oil, nuts, butter, and fish oil. Day enough 30 grams of butter, 10-15 grams of nuts, 10-15 grams of butter and 2 grams of fish oil.
4. Dairy products
They are able to support the intestinal microflora, because the gut is 80% of the immune defense of the person.
Svetlana FUS also added that you must include in your diet garlic and reduce the consumption of sweets.
