The participants of the conversation: Linas Linkevičius, Minister of foreign Affairs of Lithuania; Carl Bildt, former Prime Minister and Minister of foreign Affairs of Sweden; Ivanka klympush-Tsintsadze, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on European integration; Marcin Bosacki, Polish politician, Senator, Deputy head of the parliamentary Committee on foreign Affairs; Kurt Volker, the special representative of the United States government for Ukraine in 2017 – 2019; Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Prime Minister of Ukraine in the years 2014-16 will be presented, the Chairman of the Kyiv forum; Danylo Lubkivsky, former Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine, member of the Supervisory Board of the Foundation “Open Ukraine” (moderator).
The topic of discussion: “Strategic Outpost: how to give impetus to the European integration of Ukraine and to strengthen Eastern Europe?” How to implement a real European integration, not its imitation? How to strengthen our positions in Eastern Europe? Does Eastern Europe need unconditional solidarity in the face of Russian aggression, economic or pandemic crisis? How to protect and develop the strategic partnership in the region? How effectively the government adhered to national European course in the first year of his presidency, Vladimir Zelensky?
These and other questions will be the focus of a new online discussion forum in Kyiv, which will open a series of discussions of the goals of our foreign policy.
