The rich colors of the gases in the nebulae threads to match the colors of hydrogen – green, brimstone – red, nitrogen – oxygen orange and blue. This image of Hubble shows the results of the two stellar companions in a gravitational waltz, a few thousand light-years from Earth in the southern constellation of Centaurus.
Two stars, sostojashie of a red giant and a white dwarf, too close to each other to see separately. But the consequences of their whirling the other near the other is two huge shell of gas expanding into space like a balloon. It is reported by the Hubblesite.
Both stars are embedded in a flat disk of hot material, which compresses the gas. This happens occasionally because the nebula has two distinct structures, having the shape of an hourglass.
The photo, which gave the Hubble
The bubbles of gas and dust the bright on the edges – they create the illusion claw crabs. The colors correspond to hydrogen, sulphur, nitrogen and oxygen. This image was timed to the 29th anniversary of the Hubble since its launch on 24 April 1990.
