In Poland from-for a strong wind were injured and tens of thousands of homes remained without power.
As it became known, two people were injured after their car fell broken tree. Also because of falling tree injured a 60-year-old woman who was hospitalized, informs television channel TVN24.
According to rescuers, most often hurricane damage was broken tree branches on the streets and damage power lines.
“Without electricity remained almost 150 thousand inhabitants. Repair work continued without stopping,” – said the representative of the Government security centre of Poland Anna Adamcewicz.
In turn, the representative of the State fire service of Poland Paul Frontchak said that “strong winds had damaged the roofs of over 100 houses mainly in the South of Poland, 20 roofs ripped off completely.”
March 10, Institute of meteorology and water management, warned the poles about adverse weather conditions and strong winds, which is expected in Pomeranian, West Pomeranian, lesser Poland, Subcarpathian, świętokrzyskie, Lublin and Mazovian voivodeships.
