Immortal has offered to replace the Constitution of Ukraine the constitutional act

On March 13, the candidate in presidents of Ukraine Roman Bezsmertny presented the draft of the constitutional act, developed by a group of specialists led by Vladimir Shapoval, the official website of the policy.

The immortal noted that the Basic Law of Ukraine has been repeatedly amended under each of the President, and last modified on February 22 2014 was introduced in violation of the law. In the opinion of the candidate, then the power never came back in the legitimate field.

“The basic Law should be accepted as legitimate way. Until then, we need a transition document. A bridge between the present unconstitutional and ordered the future. I propose a constitutional act. This kind of road map. The document prescribes rules for the organization of the state in transition and allows us to develop and implement a new Constitution,” said the immortal.

The developers of the document believe that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt a temporary document with a constitutional majority, after which the Parliament and the President together constitute the Constitutional Commission to draft a new Constitution. In their opinion, the development and discussion of the document will take around 1.5 years. Then the document will vote the Verkhovna Rada, or it will be appointed by the President national referendum.

“During the transition period, the President must assume full responsibility for the re-States and lead the country to a new model. I see Ukraine as a parliamentary government. In the new Constitution, a key part should be human rights. Regarding authorities and so on, it should be noted, however, described in detail in the law”, – told is immortal.

On 7 February 2019, the Ukrainian Parliament adopted the bill on amendments to the Constitution the provisions about the strategic course of the state for the acquisition of full membership of Ukraine in the European Union and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy signed the law. February 19, approved by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
