In Belarus detained engineer Cyril Galanova, including yesterday in the Kiev Park of Minsk the song “Changes”, reports “Nasha Niva”.
The incident occurred in a Kiev Park, organized by the authorities “Day of open doors of institutions of additional education”. As told to Cyril the brother of the detainee Galanova, a young man is in the Center of isolation of offenders (TSIP), for which he is detained, the Agency explained. It is planned that on August 7th he will be court. In addition, several media outlets wrote about the arrest of the second engineer – Vladislav Sokolovsky.
According to published staff, DJs worked at the festival for sound and panel during the event included the song “Changes!” Viktor Tsoi. Participants supported DJs shouting “well Done!” and applause.
However, the man in plain clothes interrupted the song, pulling out the speaker cord. The protesters took him for an officer of the Belarusian KGB.
