Police detained the man as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine and placed in a temporary detention facility.
On this fact the criminal proceedings under article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine – deliberate murder of a young child, which is punishable by imprisonment for a period of ten till fifteen years or lifelong imprisonment.
