The head of the partially recognized the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Mustafa Akinci explained that probably the missile-related military action in the middle East, but the information is still checked.
The Minister of foreign Affairs Kudret Ozersay reported that it took some time to figure out the object of the explosion: was it a missile or a plane that was taken down a bomb. Subsequently, however, a military analyst Andreas Pentaras said that, judging by the fragments, it was a missile s-200 Russian production, which uses Syria.
In the explosion the authorities even evacuated some residents near the city.
