well-known trademarks of the individual entrepreneur was implemented in one of the shopping centers Kerch.
The representatives of owners of these brands confirmed the illegal use of trademarks on the identified products, as well as its incompatibility with the original products. Products with signs of counterfeiting, withdrawn from the trade officials of the Crimean customs.
“On the fact of illegal use of trade marks in respect of the individual entrepreneur Crimean custom registered message on a crime under part 1 of article 180 of the criminal code “Unlawful use of means of individualization of goods (works, services)”. The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of three hundred thousand rubles, and additional kinds of punishment. Materials are transferred in law enforcement bodies of the Republic of Crimea for further procedural actions”,- said the head of the Crimean customs Vladimir Avramenko.
