The man threatened to sellers and scattered the goods. After detention by the police, he continued to behave inappropriately and punched out a COP.
In Lviv the man ransacked in one of the local shopping centres. This reports the press service of the police area on Friday, June 5.
The intruders turned out to be 28-year-old resident of Ternopil region. He was swearing and threatened the sellers and threw the goods off the shelves. The incident occurred on 4 June.
“At the scene arrived investigative team Shahovskogo police Department. The guards calmed the man and took him to the territorial division for clarification of circumstances of incident”, – is told in the message.
During interrogation, the man again began to behave inappropriately, lashed out at the officer and struck him several blows.
Now open criminal proceedings under article about the threat or violence concerning the employee of law enforcement body, and also for the article on hooliganism. The maximum punishment under these articles is up to five years of imprisonment.
