Ukrainian Roman ternovskogo each charged with participation in an extremist organization
Ukrainian Novel of Terny in Russia, was sentenced to two years and three months imprisonment. Last year he was detained in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation for alleged involvement in the “Right sector”. About it reports “UKRINFORM”, referring to the Investigative Committee of Russia.

As it became known, the Russian Themis has recognized Ukrainians guilty under part 2 of article 282.2 (participation in an extremist organization) of the Criminal code of Russia.
In particular, the Russians throw every ternovskogo the organization of production and distribution of paraphernalia with symbols “Right sector”, as well as participation in public actions, “aimed against the interests of the Russian Federation” in 2015-2016 on the territory of Ukraine.
In Russia believe that the Ukrainian took part in the blocking of trucks from Russia at the checkpoint “goptovka” (Kharkiv region) in February 2016, and also prevented the celebration of the Day of Russia in the Russian Consulate General in Kharkiv and distributed network information about the activities of “Right sector”.
We will remind, in October 2017, Russia’s investigative Committee announced the arrest of Ternovsky in the Rostov region for “active” in favor of “Right sector”. At the same time a press-the Secretary “Right sector” Artem Skoropadsky said that the detainee is no longer an activist of the “SS”. Previously, he indeed for some time been a supporter of this political force. However, around the end of 2016, the contact with him was lost.
