On the night of 18 April in the South African city Danguba collapsed part of the building of the Protestant Church, in which there were people. Reported by News24.
The representative of emergency services Robert Mackenzie reported that under the rubble killed 13 people, 16 parishioners were injured. Serious injuries reported in the six affected.
According to preliminary data, the collapse occurred due to continuous rains and strong winds that broke the integrity of the building.
The representative of police of Tembeka Mbele noted that the walls of the Church collapsed, when the people were asleep.
