The legitimacy of the actions of private JSC “Avtokapital” on the gap a dealer agreement with OOO “AVTODOM Zaporozhye” confirmed by the Cassation economic court of Ukraine, said in a statement published today on the website of the company.

Having considered the appeal, OOO “AVTODOM Zaporozhye”, the court upheld the decision of the Northern economic court of appeal dated December 20, 2018, thus, the conflict between the General representative of Mercedes-Benz in Ukraine and a former dealer in Zaporozhye ended in favor of PJSC “AutoCapital”, said the company.

“Rejection of the appeal court is confirmation of the correctness of PJSC “AutoCapital”. The business transparency, a clear understanding of who is our partner, and the absolute legality have always been a priority for us. We welcome the decision of the court, and are pleased that in this case justice prevailed, – quotes the official company’s page in Facebook the head of Department of property relations of the Corporation “UkrAVTO” Igor Senyuta. – For us it is extremely important that in the eyes of society was reaffirmed our reputation as a company strictly comply with the laws of Ukraine and requirements of our partner.”

Dealer in Kiev did not fulfill the conditions of the agreement on transparency of information by counterparts and beneficiaries, which are compulsory for all workers with the Mercedes-Benz companies, and after termination of the contract spread false information about the former partner, said the Corporation “UkrAVTO”, which is the structural division “Avtokapital”.

In July 2018, the Economic court of Kyiv invalidated the termination of contract between the company AutoCapital and its former regional dealer “motorhome Zaporozhye”. “Avtokapital” with the decision has disagreed and has submitted the appeal.
