A former employee of Dell and Microsoft Technologies Veronica Rogers (Rogers Veronica) joined PlayStation as the senior Vice President for business operations.
The new appointment is part of a reorganization of Sony Interactive Entertainment from its former regional structure into a single global system. Rogers will report to President and CEO Jim Ryan (Jim Ryan).
Veronica Rogers will lead the exit strategy PlayStation on the market. Her responsibilities include the management of physical and digital sales and subscription services PlayStation such as PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now. Previously Rogers for almost two decades conducted business, business development, strategic planning and sales to Dell and Microsoft Technologies.

PlayStation continues to strengthen the team before the launch the PlayStation 5. Last year, Herman Hulst (Hermen Hulst) was announced as the new head of Sony Interactive Entertainment Worldwide Studios, and Shuhei Yoshida (Shuhei Yoshida) has held the position of head of unit aid to independent studios.
Last year, Jim Ryan said that PlayStation globalization was essential to the future success of the business as it will allow the company to optimize the decision-making process and increase the efficiency of marketing.
