“Starting from 00:00 on April 11 to 00:00 April 13, all citizens of Turkey are forbidden to leave the place of residence in 30 cities, namely in such cities as Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Aydin, Balikesir, Bursa, Denizli, Diyarbakir, Erzurum, Eskisehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, muğla, Ordu, Sakarya, Samsun, şanlıurfa, tekirdağ, Trabzon, van,” – said in the message.
