And the new engine proves that they coped with the task,” says Steve Menneto, occupying the post of President of Indian Motorcycle company. “We spent a lot of time designing, developing and testing to make sure that this is the best V-shaped two-cylinder engine with liquid cooling. And I’m incredibly proud of our team and this incredible motor.”
PowerPlus has the top position of the camshafts, with four valves per cylinder and hydraulic lash Adjusters. Paired with the engine running six-speed gearbox. Also has three driving modes.
“We developed the original V-twin, and then month after month, hour after hour, subjected to complex testing to make sure that he can cope with all requirements. The result is an exceptional product.” – proudly said John Callahan, Vice President of engineering.
