Ingredients:

  • vegetable oil – 30 ml;

  1. With a mixer beat the eggs with salt until foamy. Continuing to whisk, pour hot water and then cold milk.
  2. Add the sifted flour, stir with a mixer and pour in vegetable oil. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

YEAST PANCAKES

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour – 300 g;
  • milk – 300 ml;
  • dry yeast – 7 g;

PANCAKES WITH HAM AND CHEESE

Ingredients:

  • milk – 150 ml;

  • cheese – 50 grams;

  • butter – 1 tablespoon;
  • salt – 1 pinch;
  • soda – 1 pinch.

  • milk – 500 ml;

  • melted butter – 2 tablespoons;
  • wheat flour – 330 grams;
  • cream cheese – 250 grams;
  • lemon zest – 1 teaspoon;
  • lemon -? pieces;
  • dill – 4 of the stem;
  • light-salted salmon – 300 g;
  • Green onion – to taste;
  • Red caviar is a good choice.

Instruction:

  1. In the bowl of a blender put the spinach and add a third of milk. Grind until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, spinach mixture, remaining milk, salt and melted butter.
  3. Gradually pour the sifted flour, stirring with a whisk. Knead the batter. Leave for 10 – 15 minutes.
  4. Bake in heated pan, greased with vegetable oil before baking the first pancake.
  5. For the filling, in a bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice and finely chopped dill.
  6. Salmon cut into thin slices.
  7. In the centre of each pancake, spread a creamy filling and a piece of fish.
  8. Wrap in a pouch, tied with feather green onions and decorate with red caviar.
  9. Serve chilled.

BUCKWHEAT PANCAKES WITH LAMB AND GREENS

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour – 100 grams;
  • buckwheat flour – 100 grams;
  • milk – 200 ml;
  • water – 250 ml;
  • butter – 50 grams;
  • salt? teaspoon;
  • dry yeast – 1 teaspoon;
  • lamb fillet – 300 grams;
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • cream – 50 ml;
  • olive oil – 20 ml;
  • parsley – 10 grams;
  • rocket – 50 grams;
  • thyme – 1 stem;
  • vegetable oil – 50 milliliters.

Instruction:

  1. Mix buckwheat flour with warm water (125 ml). Dissolve yeast in a tablespoon of warm milk. Add the milk with yeast into the mixture of buckwheat flour and water and leave the bowl with the mixture for half an hour in a warm place.
  2. After half an hour to put on the table a bowl of dough from buckwheat flour. In another vessel mix the milk, water, wheat flour, melted butter, salt and eggs, then add this mixture into the bowl with the buckwheat dough, carefully whisking mass and again put in a warm place.
  3. During this time, you need to have time finely chop the lamb and fry it in olive oil until soft – that blood was no longer visible, but the meat remains slightly pink. Then add finely chopped garlic, stir and fry with the meat until the appearance of the characteristic garlic odor. Then pour the cream, add a tablespoon of mustard, thyme leaves and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the liquid part thickens noticeably. Then remove the meat from the fire, pour in it finely chopped parsley and coarsely chopped rucola. Season with salt and pepper, if needed.
  4. Heat a frying pan and, lubricating it with vegetable oil, fry from the prepared dough pancakes – of a thickness two to three millimeters.
  5. Fill the finished pancakes with forcemeat, wrap to taste and serve while hot.

PANCAKES MADE WITH BANANAS

Ingredients:

  • bananas – 4 pieces;
  • large chicken eggs – 1 piece;
  • milk – 1 Cup;
  • flour – 1 glass;
  • sugar – 1 teaspoon;
  • baking powder -? teaspoon;
  • coconut oil – 1 tablespoon.

Instruction:

  1. Whip the ripe bananas with milk or light cream in a blender.
  2. Add the flour, sugar, egg, agrihotel, vegetable oil. Again beat until smooth.
  3. Bake for an evenly heated pan. In the first portion, you can add coconut oil into the pan. Serve with jam or powdered sugar as desired. You pour yogurt.

AMERICAN PANCAKE

Ingredients:

  • chicken egg – 2 pieces;
  • salt – 1 teaspoon;
  • sugar – 3 table spoons;
  • milk – 2 glasses;
  • wheat flour – 2 glasses;
  • soda slaked – 1 teaspoon;

Instruction:
