Chairman of the state Council of the DPRK Kim Jong-UN checked the combat readiness of the military garrison of the island Changinga located in the Yellow sea near the South Korean island Pandanda.
This was announced on Monday by the Central Telegraph Agency of Korea (KCNA), reports.
It is noted that the leader of North Korea has visited a coastal artillery positions, and then, climbing to an observation post, gave the order to conduct demonstrations of fire from rifles. “Soldiers of the coast artillery company defiantly showed the esteemed Supreme leader marksmanship, polished in peace, and pleased him,” – said the Agency.
As noted by the KCNA, the head of the people’s Republic instructed to “aggressively fight for production and delivery to soldiers of meat, eggs, fishery products, mushrooms and vegetables, in accordance with their established nutritional standards”.
“Dear Supreme leader, inspecting the barracks, to get acquainted with the health funds that support the soldiers,” – said the publication. According to the Agency, Kim Jong-UN also asked to tell him about the quantity and quality of the products supplied to the soldiers drinking water and on how to provide for heating the barracks.
It is noted that following the visit of Kim Jong-UN presented in memory of the garrison of the island Changinga binoculars, a rifle and a machine gun, and also posed for photographs with soldiers. In the inspection visit of the DPRK leader was accompanied by chief of General staff of the Korean people’s army Pak Jong-CHEON.
