The Central electoral Commission has spent more than 165 million hryvnias from the state budget for the printing of ballots. The representatives of the CEC told a briefing, broadcast led TV NEWSONE.
They reported that “Polygraph” is 30 million 441 thousand ballots, the cost of each 4.26 USD. These documents are designed only for the first round of presidential elections in the country.
It is also known that in 2019, the Ukrainians will have the longest ballot in history. It will be 80 centimeters in length.
The CEC noted that their production was spent 434 ton of paper. In addition, representatives told interesting facts. For example, if you put each other all ballots, then their length will be 24 thousand 354 km – distance from Kiev to the capital of Uruguay. And the plane that will be able to cover products will be 5 square kilometers – as 70 football fields.
Those ballot papers that have already been printed, delivered in 10 regions of Ukraine. And left to produce only 10% of documents will make them until March 24.
