Liver kebab picnic during the may holidays (recipe)

Шашлык из печени для пикника на майские праздники (рецепт)

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Milk 700 ml
  • Ginger root 1 tsp.
  • Pepper peas 10 PCs
  • Soaps 7 pieces
  • Bay leaf 2 PCs.
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Fat 200 g
  • Beef liver 800 g


1. To the milk add spices and grated ginger root (2 cm). Put on fire and bring to boil. Cool.

2. Liver peel and cut into pieces. Soak it in milk with seasonings and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Bacon cut into pieces-plates. Fat you can use salted or raw (in the second case, a ready shish kebab is recommended to add salt).

4. Strung on a skewer alternating the liver with fat. The edges should be fat. Fry on hot coals 15 minutes, turn over.
