  • 200 g of pulp pureed tomatoes

  • celery
  • 1 tooth. garlic

Method of preparation:

  1. In a saucepan with a thick bottom sauté diced onions and celery, grated carrot, garlic.
  2. Mix. Leave to simmer on the stove for 7 min.
  3. Add the pulp of tomatoes, then the rice.
  4. Pour the hot broth.
  5. When the soup boils, add 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar, spices to taste and cook until the rice is tender.
