A meeting of the Committee, which will hear the Prosecutor General and the interior Minister, plan to spend 6 Feb.
The Verkhovna Rada Committee on matters of law enforcement will hear the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko and the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov on the issue of ensuring public order during the presidential election.
This was stated at a meeting of the conciliatory Council of Parliament on 4 February, the Chairman of the Committee, MP from the “Batkivschyna” Andrey Kozhemyakin, reports the correspondent the Internet-editions UA1.
Committee meeting with the participation of Lutsenko and Avakov are planning to hold on Wednesday, February 6.
“On Wednesday we invited and received consent from the attorney General and the Minister of internal Affairs,” – said Kozhemyakin.
He added that the leaders of the factions and members of the Committee are concerned about the possible election fraud, and therefore took the decision to hear Lutsenko and Avakov.
