MP, leader of “Radical party” Oleg Lyashko issued an administrative Protocol for the demonstration of his / her ballot during voting in the presidential elections in Ukraine on 31 March, said the Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov.

“Now more than 170 people, those who receive the protocols. I hope that the court will confirm these protocols, and it will be a good prevention… an Administrative report to him (O. Lyashko – ed.) have already been discharged,” – said A. Avakov, speaking at Kyiv security forum on Thursday, April 11, tells the Interfax-Ukraine.

According to him, 3 months of the election campaign and in day of voting has been registered more than 300 criminal proceedings.

“In these cases we have a 24 suspicions have been filed, and 8 cases are in court. Over 500 administrative protocols, including many MPs, two heads of regional state administrations, mayors of cities for public campaigning at polling stations, etc,” informed the Minister.
