On June 20 the presentation of the service Revizion in the auditorium of the Center for primary health care №2. The system collects and groups the assessment of consumers – then the heads of the agencies are analyzing this information and addressing problem situations. Also it is possible to form a rating of the medical facility or doctor. During the test month we have received more than 80 reviews.
“This project will help to improve communication with patients, to assess the work of doctors, monitor the situation and respond promptly. Now the service is running in test mode, and they have already used 80 of citizens”, – said the Deputy mayor Galina Yakubovich.
