The reason to launch the project was a ban on the time to carry out mass sports events together with temporary closure of facilities of physical culture and spot in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The project was supported by the regional sports teams. the clubs and Federation, Nizhny Novgorod famous athletes, including world champion, Europe and Russia.
