In the “Memorial” believe that the activists are not engaged in “organization of violence”, for which they were arrested. On the contrary human rights activists insist that they tried to prevent clashes of protesters with the police. In this regard, the “memorial” demanded the immediate release of the initiators of the demonstrations and to bring to justice the organizers of their persecution.

Among the prisoners the President of the Council of teips of the Ingush people Malsi Uzhakhov. In addition to cases of violence against a representative of authorities, it also was filed to establish the organisation, which deals with illegal actions. Another of the recognized political prisoners Ismail Nalgiev in early may, tried to fly to Europe, but he was detained at the Minsk airport and deported to Russia.
