The company Michelin has announced the launch of a new line of agricultural tires Michelin TrailXBib for trailers, spreaders of fertilizers, sprayers and tankers. As stated by French kinoproizvoditeley, high-tech innovation provides increased durability and performance.
For greater strength and durability new tire grade VF (Very High Flexion – a High Degree of Flexibility) is equipped with a robust housing for Michelin Ultraflex technology, allowing agricultural tires to work at low pressure and providing protection to the soil to increase yields. In addition, Michelin TrailXBib, thanks to a new improved tread pattern with wide grouser, has excellent opportunities for self cleaning.
“TrailXBib sets a new standard for agricultural trailer tire low pressure, – said the head of technical support unit for agricultural tires Michelin Gordon Brooks. – Equipped with the latest technology of the Michelin brand, the new product offers increased service life and help our clients to minimize soil compaction, protect their crops and ultimately will improve productivity”.
Other benefits of the new agrochina note tough Central rib that improves handling and stability when driving on public roads and fully compatible with Central tire inflation (CTIS) that allows them to operate at the optimum pressure for different soil type, contributing to reducing fuel consumption and improving agronomic characteristics.
On world markets Michelin TrailXBib will appear in July 2020 and will be available in two sizes: VF 560/60 R22.5 and VF 650/55 R26.5. The extension of the dimensional range of the model is scheduled for 2021.
